Coaching Services


Greg Vaughan, President of The Vaughan Consulting Group, provides one-on-one coaching to community and business leaders. He was trained as a masters level therapist in Arizona State University's two-year counseling psychology program, and worked as both a clinician and manager in employee assistance programs for six years. As Greg moved into management consulting, he leveraged this rich background to facilitate performance improvement through coaching. Good coaches are intuitive, good communicators, and have done a lot of personal development work, and these are key strengths Greg brings to the table.
