DEVELOPMENT
The Coaching Skills
series of workshops is designed to teach managers, supervisors,
and leaders the philosophy and skills of coaching. The series
is taught at your site, spread over several months. The format
is highly flexible. Up to ten modules can be selected, and topics
can be tailored to your organization's needs and culture.
FLEXIBLE FORMAT
Modules are delivered
in four-hour bi-weekly or monthly sessions. Ideally, participants
complete all topics in sequence, but the modules are designed
to stand alone. Each session includes a brief overview of coaching

through discussion and activities, and every module includes
practical application using actual workplace situations.
