Our Approach
We start by getting to know you and your
objectives. After initial meetings we come to agreement about
the scope of work and the methodologies that will best accomplish
your desired outcomes. For larger projects, we form a team of
professionals whose skills match the project's scope. In collaboration
with your staff, this team ultimately develops and implements
the combination of consulting and training services agreed upon.
Typically, we follow a four-stage process.
Stage 1: Definition
We define the project scope through interviews
and discussions with management, key personnel, and employees
at all levels. This approach starts a participatory process that
captures the best thinking of everyone throughout the project.
We also assess organizational needs and issues during this stage,
gathering data that will assure a successful project. Our preference
is to focus on the positive during this initial process.
Stage 2: Planning
and Design
We develop strategies for achieving your
objectives, along with a communication plan that engages and
informs employees about the project and how it will affect them.
During this stage a specific time line is set, along with project
methods and evaluation measures. Based on your input we make
refinements and modifications and submit a project plan.
Stage 3: Delivery
We implement the project in a manner to
which we all agreed. Ongoing status reports provide you continual
feedback, and if needed, adjustments to the plan are incorporated.
Stage 4: Evaluation
We evaluate the project to measure it's
success and impact. At the project's conclusion, the results
of the entire project are often assembled into a comprehensive,
final report.
